Privacy & Data Sovereignty

Our proprietary engines operate on a stateless API architecture, ensuring zero long-term storage of client data. PII is processed in temporary memory and eradicated instantly to maintain absolute institutional trust.

1.0 Data Sovereignty Clause

For all software products, including AthleticOS, Bayer Media Services utilizes a stateless API architecture. This technical framework acts as a 'Black Box' legal shield, guaranteeing the highest standard of data sovereignty and institutional security.

Any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) processed through our proprietary engines is handled exclusively in temporary memory. All data is deleted immediately upon task completion. We possess no student records, generate no persistent tracking profiles, and maintain no long-term storage of client-owned data.

2.0 Data Collection

At Bayer Media Services, LLC, we only collect the data absolutely necessary for our corporate business operations. This is limited to your name, email address, and school affiliation when you request a Systems Audit or purchase a subscription.

We utilize industry-standard cookies solely to maintain essential site functionality and for accurate lead attribution. We do not track users across external platforms or sell your corporate data to third parties.

3.0 International Compliance

Because the client retains full ownership of their Google Workspace environment, they remain the designated Data Controller at all times. Bayer Media Services, LLC acts solely as a Data Processor, ensuring our stateless API architecture aligns with international regulatory standards.

FERPA (USA)

Our stateless processing engines maintain zero long-term storage of student records, ensuring strict alignment with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). PII is processed in temporary memory and permanently destroyed immediately upon task execution.

GDPR (Europe)

We operate in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By utilizing a 'Black Box' architecture that does not retain personal data, we minimize the data footprint, upholding the principles of data minimization and privacy by design.

PDPA (Asia)

Our protocols align with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) frameworks across Asian jurisdictions. We ensure transparent processing operations and stringent technical safeguards, acting entirely outside of the client's localized data sovereignty perimeter.
